- 2 / 5By bradley smithI asked specifically on the phone before leaving, then in Person with an apparent Owner- are the Ribs Country style Ribs? That means heavy meat on a larger bone than St. Louis style that everyone that knows Ribs understands and even Grocery stores identify.
They were St. Louis style, meaty and dry, but not even close with what I asked about and expected......additionally very pricey for the portion meat wise not "length wise."
